Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Entrepreneur Program, candidates are required to meet the below minimum requirements:
- Establish or invest in a business in Canada within 2 years of relocating, thereby contributing to the economy
- Actively participate in management of the business
- Candidate must employ at least 1 Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Report to immigration officials on a regular basis in the 2 year period regarding the progress of meeting these conditions
